We take the following insurance Aetna, Cigna, UHC, BCBS, Amerigroup, TennCare and as of Jan 2023 we will except Friday Insurance these are TN insurances. We now Except Anthem insurance of va. Please call the office at (423) 722-5000 to check if we are currently taking your insurance. We also offer affordable Cash Pay visits for patients who are not currently using an insurance plan. We except Cash and Credit Cards No checks.
